Enzyme cleaning solution preparation: For manual, automatic, and ultrasonic applications add ½ fl. oz. (15ml) of Bio-Zyme™ per gallon of water. Optimal temperature range is 70º-140ºF. Do not exceed 140ºF. As a manual cleaner or presoak: Soak instruments in diluted Bio-Zyme™ cleaning solution for a minimum of 1-2 minutes. As an ultrasonic cleaner and/or pre-soak: Add diluted Bio-Zyme™ ultrasonic unit. Immerse instruments in enzyme cleaning solution. Operate for a minimum of 1-2 minutes. As an automatic washer detergent and/or pre-soak: Program machine to deliver ½ fl.oz. (15ml) of Bio-Zyme™ per gallon of water for both pre-wash and regular wash operations. Allow at least 1-2 minutes cycle time.
